Have you been trying to have a healthy diet? Have you been held it over from time to time, all because you can’t figure out the way to do so? This is an idea, try to eat healthily in a day. You can see it is not so bad or too difficult.

1.    For breakfast, have whole-grain with skimmed milk, a banana and a cup of coffee if you like.

2.    A couples of hour later, have a snack, it could be a portion of cottage cheese and an apple.

3.    For lunch, have a low-calorie soup like chicken soup and vegetables, plus a dish of green salad and tuna.

4.    For an afternoon snack, try fresh vegetables – green bells, celery, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli – with hummus (a savory comprising chicken, beans, oil, sesame, lemons and garlic) or a low-fat ranch dip.

5.    For dinner, have protein, such as chicken breast or salmon with a portion of brown rice and spinach or asparagus. 

6.    For dessert, treat yourself with sugar-free jello sprinkle some dried almonds (include almond, walnuts, hazelnuts and raisins, for example).

8.    Gather your feelings about a day eating healthily and about doing it again. Of course, change the menu. There’re many healthy recipes online. Just do the thing and your body will thank you for it.
