Pregnant women have stomachache after eating
is common phenomenon caused by pregnancy.
There
are many reasons making pregnant women have stomachache.
Let’s find out the reason of stomachache
after eating!
Due to flatulence
Content of progesterone rising high in
pregnancy makes women always be in flatulence. When eating, flatulence is more
serious, which leads to stomachache after they eat.
Due to constipation
When women are pregnant, activity of
digestive system is slowed down. So, foods will be backlog in body. That causes
constipation and stomachache directly after eating (because while old foods
have not transformed yet, new foods have entered).
Due to heartburn
Heartburn takes place when acid in stomach
regurgitates up to esophagus. That usually makes you feel hot at throat.
Heartburn is popular sign in pregnancy by the pressure of fetal weight and
uterus on stomach.
Constipation
and heartburn can make pregnant women have stomachache after eating.
Pregnant women have cystitis
Bladder places at lower abdomen, in pelvic
area. Bladder is a muscular bag that is able to stretch to contain urine
filtered through kidneys. Pregnant women have higher risk of cystitis because
in this period, changes of hormone in body occur strongly. Cystitis also causes
pregnant women to have stomachache, especially after eating.
Other symptoms of cystitis are: painful
urination, pain along urethra up to bladder. Intense pain in long time happens
when urinating, and maybe when finishing. Because of sharp pain, women often stop
or cannot urinate continuously; urinating process always is interrupted.
- Because bladder is infected and easy to
be stimulated, pregnant women often want to urinate; therefore, the tiny
urination is also increase.
- Feeling pressurized in lower belly
- Muddy urine, sometimes with blood.
Eat foods difficult to digest
Some non-digestible foods such as milk, milk products, meat, and so on will make stomach
overloaded. They also cause stomachache and flatulence immediately after
eating.
With the above reasons, you should study
clearly about these symptoms when you are in pregnancy in order to overcome and
change for reasonable diet. However, if having stomachache even when you do not
eat anything, together with colporrhagia, cramp, you should visit doctor to
find out the reason.
