Morning sickness is a term used to describe the nausea which
some women have in pregnancy. Nausea can begin at the 4th week and
normally reduce when you enter the 3rd month of pregnancy, although
some nausea can last through your pregnancy. The term morning sickness is
somewhat untrue as some women feel nauseous all over the day, not just in the
morning.

Instruction

Wake up slowly in the morning. Put some biscuits next to your bed
so you can have some right in the morning. Do it before you get out of your
bed.

away from spicy foods that stimulate your stomach. Carbohydrate can be helpful;
