To make sure children to be healthy, sleep on time is very important. There’re many people find it hard to reason the fact that their children suddenly become grumpy, grizzly and nagging while they used to be obedient. In that case, insomnia can be the reason. Besides, staying a cradle full with blanket is also harmful to children’s health. There’re many researches confirmed the risk of SIDS caused by inappropriate sleeping positions.

Parents should let children sleep in safe positions and rearrange the sleep place so that it can be airy. Parents should take notice of good sleeping positions for babies. However, the sleeping positions (supine and procumbent positions, sleeping on one side) often have pros and cons.

With the advantages, parents should be careful of taking children to bed. Parents should carefully observer children sleeping first.

Infants don’t sleep the whole night the older ones; they often sleep in daytime. You should help them distinguish whether it’s day or night. They can play in day but have to sleep at night. You should keep children’s room full with day light even when they’re taking naps, and turn off all the light when the night comes in order to help infants know the time they should sleep.
