4. Babies that are 8-10 months old
Baby’s
reflex
It is similar to babies that are from 6 to
8 months old. In addition, babies also have the following signs:

Know to hold toys with thumb and forefinger

one.

into mouth.

Move their jaws, similar to chewing something
Foods
·
Mother’s milk or powdered milk
·
A small amount of pasteurized soft cheese,
yoghurt, cheese (not eat cow’s milk until babies are 1 year old)

Kinds of grain that intensify Fe (rice, oat,
wheat, barley, mixed grain)
·
Kinds of grinded vegetable and fruit (banana,
peach, pear, avocado, cooked carrot, pumpkin, potato, sweet potato)
·
Hand-held foods (crispy biscuits for children
that are cutting their teeth, grain with less sugar and has the form of letter
O)
Children
that are cutting their teeth can eat crispy biscuits.
·
A small amount of protein (egg , grinded meat,
poultry, fish without bone, soya curd, cooked and pounded bean, black bean,
green peas)
The amount of food ever day
·
1/4 - 1/3 the bowl of milk (1 bowl = 240ml)
·
1/4 - 1/2 the bowl of grain to intensify Fe
·
1/4 - 1/2 the bowl of fruit
·
1/4 - 1/2 the bowl of vegetable
·
1/8 – 1/4 the bowl of protein food
Advice
You should feed babies a dish continuously
within at least 3 days and after that you will change dish to recognize that
which food your children can eat well and have allergy (if have).
5. Babies that are from 10 to 12 months old
Baby’s
reflex
It is similar to the reflex of babies that
are from 8 to 10 months old. In addition, babies have the following
expressions:

Swallow food easier
·
Have many teeth
·
Not push food out of their tongue anymore
Foods
·
Mother’s milk or powdered milk
·
Pasteurized soft cheese, yoghurt, cheese (not
let babies eat cow’s milk until they are 1 year old)
Babies
can eat soft cheese, yoghurt.
·
Kinds of grain that can intensify Fe (rice,

·
Fruits that are cut into tiny cubes or mashed
potato
·
Vegetables that are cut into small pieces and
cooked softly (green peas, carrot)

Protein (egg, chopped or grinded meat, poultry,

Hand-held food (crispy biscuit for children that
are cutting their teeth, grain with less sugar and has the form of letter O)
The amount of food ever day:
·
