Soy also helps the body to adjust the level of estrogen when the hormone decrease gradually or have unusual changes caused by menopause. The followings are the 2 foods made from soy that are very good for women who have menopause.

·         We need 500g soy, 6 liters water, sugar (optional).

·         Soak the soy a night for hatching then remove the peel and get the soy crushed by putting a small amount of soy in a blender, pouring the water in so that the water cover the soy then blend it.

·         Take the solid part out and boil it.

·         After that, let it cool and add sugar (the amount of sugar depends on your taste).

Tofu and garlic hives stir-fried

·         You will need 2 pieces of tofu, 450g green garlic hive, 1 teaspoon of shiitake powder, olive oil, pepper, salt.

·         Choose young garlic hive, clean then let it dry. Cut the hive in 3cm parts. Cut the tofu into 2 x 1 cm rectangular pieces and let it dry.

·         Heat the pan, then add 2 teaspoon of cooking oil. When the oil is heated, put the tofu in and fried it in short time.

·         After that, put the hive in, stir-fry it well and add a teaspoon of shiitake powder.

·         If you don’t have shiitake powder, you can replace it with half of a teaspoon of salt and half of a spoon of sugar. It’d be better eating hot.
