Lying on the stomach when sleeping is the

Do not let infants be too hot
Too high temperature can increase risk of
SDIS. During sleeping, you should let infants wear comfortable clothes which
are not so thick, and keep temperature in room always cool and pleasant.
If it’s cold, instead of covering blanket,
just wear babies long-sleeve shirt, long pants to keep sufficient warm because
they can turn positions during sleeping and the blanket can cover on face
causing suffocation.
Let infants sleep on private bed
The risk of death by suffocation in under
8-month-old babies when they are co-sleeping with parents is nearly 40 times as
high as those who sleep on private bed. The most dangerous situation is that babies
sleep with drunken parents.
As a result, you should let babies sleep in
private cradle putting next to parents’ bed so as to be convenient for caring
them at night.
