Ingredient

1 cup cucumber, skin on, seeded and sliced
·
1/4 cup spinach leaves
·
1 Fuji apple, skin on, cored and sliced
·
1/4 cup mint leaves
·
2 tablespoons honey
·
1 cup water
·
1 cup ice cubes
Recipe
1. Place all
ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend to reach
desired consistency. Taste and add more honey if needed.
3. Pour in a glass
and serve cold.
