only keep fish in fridge in 36 hours. Before putting fish in fridge, you should
get rid of head, gill and bowel of fish, after that pack carefully. In
addition, you shouldn’t put it near cooked food to avoid the state of bacterial
contamination. The suitable temperature to preserve fish is 3-5oC.
Frozen foods
When
it is defrosted, you need to process it immediately.
