moves to give your workouts some bounce
Burpee
Technique
·
Crouch down with your hands on the floor,
shoulder width apart, then jump your feet into plank position.
·
Jump your feet back to a crouched position then
jump up as high as you can.
·
Land back in the crouched position and repeat.
Jumping squat
Technique
·
With your feet hip-width apart, bend at your
hips and knees, pushing your bottom out. Squat as low as is comfortable.
·
Jump as high as you can and land softly back in
the squat position.
Jumping lunge
Technique
·
Start with one leg in front of the other, with
both knees at right angles.
·
Jump up as high as you can as you swap leg
positions to land with the opposite leg in front.
·
Repeat in a fluid motion.
Tuck jump
Technique
·
Jump up as high as you can, tucking your knees
into your chest.
·
Land softly and repeat.
