The rules

2.    Sip water between your juices to make sure your body flushes out toxins effectively.

3.    Starting from the soles of your feet, exfoliate your body using upward sweeping movements towards the heart. Do this before your morning shower, using a body brush.

4.    Cut out alcohol and caffeinated drinks one week before you do the detox.

5.    If you feel too hungry on the detox, increase your intake from four juices to five, adding an extra Glowy You smoothie.
