Use your phone to stay healthy with
18 of the best health and fitness apps.
Apps aren’t just for tech geeks. My first
step towards losing some lingering weight began when I downloaded SparkPeople
Diet & Food Tracker onto my cellphone. With it, I could work out how many
kJ were in my morning croissant (at 1 300kJ, it was a little depressing) and
what to eat to lose my tummy tyre. It could even calculate when I’d reach my
goal weight – which thankfully coincided with my best friend’s wedding.
Of course, it isn’t a magic solution, bit
it makes the hard work seem easier and more quantifiable.
Ensure you don’t miss out on these
new-generation benefits by trying one of these tip-knotch heath apps that we’re
tracked down specially for you…
