Sweeteners don’t harm the fetus. However, some experts still
warn that sweeteners shouldn’t be used. Try to use healthy drinks such as water
and juices.
Medicine
If you’re really sick and need treatment, have a check-up or
ask for the doctor’s opinions carefully. Absolutely, you shouldn’t use drugs
indiscriminately.

Some other related problems
The cleansing products?
Pregnant women can use all cleansing products (including
bleach). However, remember to do the washing in airy places and use rubber
gloves to protect your skin. Read the manual carefully before using and avoid
combining the chemicals, such as ammonia and bleach (the reaction of which
causes toxic gas).
Paint the room?
Let others do this for you and reduce going to the painting
areas to avoid the chemicals that may be harmful to your health.
Polish the wooden furniture?
As similar as painting the room, ask others to help you
polish things or leave it there after you give birth.
Clean the cat’s bed?
Cat feces can transmit toxoplasma –a parasite disease that
can cause defects in the fetus.
Travel by plane?
Till the 35th week, you’re still allowed to be on
international trips, and the 36th week with domestic trips… The
trips on the second quarter of gestation will be much more comfortable as you
normally have appetite.
When flying, you need to sit close to the aisle for the
convenience of relieving yourself, or having to stand up to avoid getting
tired, and don’t forget to bring your fetal monitoring book.
