Pumpkin and broccoli soup
Ingredients

Pumpkin: 2 cups
·
1-2 broccolis
·
1 spoon of olive oil
·
1/3 cup of water
Directions
·
Pumpkin and olive oil together and bake the
combination in 425 degrees Celsius till it’s cooked.

Steam the broccolis till it’s cooked.
·
Grind the pumpkin and broccolis well with water.
Yam soup
Ingredients
·
2 big sweet potatoes
·
1 onion
·
4 cup of chicken broth
·
Spices, cooking oil or butter
Yam
soup is nice and delicious.
Directions
·
Slice onion lengthwise. Choose friable sweet
potatoes then peel and chop them into small pieces.

Boiled the butter or heat up the cooking oil.
Stir-fry the onion with a bit salt till it’s soft and golden brown, then add
the sweet potatoes in the fried, keep frying and spice the mixture.

Add the water in the pot that contains the sweet
potatoes. Strongly heat the pot until the water in it is boiled. After that,
lower the heat and let the soup simmer for 30-40 minutes. Turn off the stove
when the sweet potatoes are tender.

Grind the sweet potatoes with a blender or hand
blender. Taste it and add more salt if necessary.
Carrot and honey soup
Ingredients

15g carrot
·
1 teaspoon of honey
·
15ml soy oil
·
Chopped ginger
Directions
·
Peel and chop the carrot
·
Put all the ingredients in a pot and blend them
together. Cover the pot and put it in medium heat for 25-30 minutes, till the
carrot is well-cooked.

Note: You should stir the mixture when cooking.
The great color and good taste of carrot, honey soup will attract
babies.
Beet, mushroom and pea soup
Ingredients

250g beet
·
15g mushroom
·
25g pea
·
Bean-sprout, broth and salt
Directions:

Clean, peel and cut the beet into thin shreds.
Quilt the beet then let it dry.

Immerse, clean and cut the mushroom into thin
shreds.
·
Clean the pea and cooked it till it’s tender
then let it dry.
·
Put the bean-sprout, salt in the broth and boil
and skim the broth.
·
Quilt the mushroom then let it dry.
·
Cook the beet with the broth. After it, put the
pea in and turn off the heat.
·
Finally, put the soup and mushroom in a bowl.
Carrot and coconut soup
Ingredients

3 carrots
·
1 orange
·
100ml coconut juice
The
carrot soup that is cooked with coconut juice can turn out to be a delicious
dish.
Directions

Clean, peel and scrape the carrot.
·
Squish the orange for juice.
·
Put all the ingredients in a pot and boil it.
·
Add the spices till it is suit with your taste
then lower the heat and wait for 30 minutes. Use chopsticks to mix the
ingredients together. When the soup is smooth, turn off the heat.

The soup should be eaten hot. Adults can eat it

Sweet potato, beet, carrot and jicama soup
Ingredients

A little of beet potato, beet, carrot and jicama
·
Soy oil, soy sauce, spices and pepper
Directions

Clean and peel all the tubers. Cut them into
small pieces, put them in the pot with water and grind it into dough.

Heat the oil then add the pepper, soy
sauce, spices in. After that, stir-fry the sweet potatoes powder, beet, carrot,
jicama and spices them so that they can be suit with your taste.
