5.     Physical activities in fresh air

Walking helps to circulate brain and increase flexibility of the motor. After school and at home, parents should not allow children play a lot computer games, but ask them to do exercise or other movement games that they likes.

6.     Break sleep

Scientists demonstrated an adult should take a nap at least 15 minutes a day. Children should sleep a little more because in a sound sleep, children will have time to improve memory.

7.     Praise your child

With the success of your children, please encourage that success, very small though. It's part of motivation for children to promote their capabilities.
