Apply the juice from a pineapple to your face and allow the alpha-hydroxy acids to penetrate your skin and slow down aging and reduce wrinkles.

You can cut a slice of pineapple and use it to scrub your skin. You can rub the slice of pineapples on problem areas or areas where you have dark spots and blemishes. You can also drink pineapple juice daily to help improve the health of your skin.
