Your feet will be 1-2 sizes larger than before, but your bra
will be 1-2 sizes smaller when you complete breastfeeding your baby.
Finding out that you’re pregnant – you know that you’re
entering into a new chapter in your life. There’re many things to expect:
welcoming the new baby, the baby first says mama…You also know that your body
is changing, you will gain weight during pregnancy, your breasts will become
bigger.
However, there’re some changes after pregnancy that can make
you surprised!
1.
Losing sexual desire
This is a common problem of many mothers after giving birth.
Sometime it takes you about a whole year to actually regain your interest for
this. You’re concentrating too much on taking care of your baby and family and
don’t have any time for you – including sexual desire.
You’re also too tired and don’t enjoy a romantic moment at
least several months after giving birth. Again, all conditions above are supported
by the decreased estrogen level, which makes you lose the interest in having
sex with your husband.
2.
Large waist
You’ve given birth to your baby, so will your waist go back
to normal? Maybe, but it’s not a too fast to go back to your measurements in
the previous days.
Many women think that their waist will slim down almost
immediately; however, this is utopian. It takes at least 6-8 weeks for your
uterus to shrink back to its normal size before pregnancy. The only way for you
to have slender shape fast is the scientific diet and regular exercise during
pregnancy and after delivery.
You want your
waist to be as slim as in the old days? It’s hard, if you don’t have the habit
of exercising and eating scientifically.
3.
Change in shoe size
If you think that all changes in your body mostly take place
in the abdomen, you have forgotten your feet!
The truth is that your feet get bigger during pregnancy. And
the amazing thing is that your shoe size will change forever even when you’ve
given birth to your baby. The reason is that during pregnancy, you will gain
about 10-20kg, these extra weights will increase the pressure to your feet,
make them get larger – so you have to wear shoes that have 1-2 size larger than
normal.
You have to wear 1-2
larger size shoes than when you’re not pregnant.
4.
The bra size can reduce by 1-2
Many young mothers hope that their breasts will become
bigger before and after giving birth, especially if they breastfeed their
babies. If you’re one of them, be more realistic and look at the truth as after
you wean your baby, your breasts will not only sag but also become smaller. The
more children you have, the more your breasts sag. your bra size can reduce by
1-2 size.
Don’t blame breastfeeding, as the causes of sagging breasts
are because of ages and the gaining/loosing weights after pregnancy, not from
breastfeeding. To firm up your breasts, you can take reference in some of
exercises for pregnant women after giving birth.
A sad truth is
that your bra size will reduce after you finish breastfeeding.
5.
Lose your hair
Most women feel that their hair is thicker, glossier when
being pregnant as the amount of estrogen increases a lot. After labor, the estrogen
gets back to the regular level, which makes you feel that you’re losing a lot
of hair. However, there’s nothing to worry as your hair will lose much within
3-4 months after delivery and will become normal within 6-12 months.
