Keep drinking at least 8 glasses (8 ounces) of water a day. Don’t use any other liquids even if others say it acceptable. Other drinks may contain caffeine or other substances which dehydrates your body and can cause it needs more water. Don’t include coffee, tea, milk or soda or any beverages regardless of how much you drink. Drink water every day

Add more water to your daily routine. Don’t let yourself drink just 8 glasses of water in 2, 3 or even 4 days per week. You should drink enough water every day, 7 days per week! You can be quickly dehydrated, and it will not help you lose weight any more. You want to lose weight with water? So you must drink enough water. If you have problems in swallowing water, use the teaspoon. Everyone can drink water, do not give any reasons.

Before meals

Take 1 glass of water before every meal to make you feel fuller. If you’re still hungry, you can have 1 more glass. It takes at least 20 minutes for you to feel satisfied, so give your body time to know that you are really full.

Avoid salt

Have a low-sodium diet. Sodium makes the cells retain water. If you are eating a lot of salt, you're basically ruining your diet. Many canned foods are high-sodium. Check the label before using. If you are eating foods in their natural form, maybe it does not contain high amount of sodium. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low saturated fat meat.
