The first thing to do to refurbish 3-bedroom apartment was moving some walls to have more area for the interior and made the apartment more open. Then, Peter's team would be based on architectural features of the apartment and tried to figure out the outstanding points that been overshadowed before.

“When I accidentally found the design of this wall in the internet, I wonder that I will have it with any costs, I gave Peter a look at the picture, and he did an identical sample using recycled materials. The walls include four separate one, is formed by MDF lacquer with glass door and LED. The other wall is marked in black with striking white bookcase with LED. The next one is painted with white MDF lacquer and consists 3 doors. The last one is used to hang the player or DVD with white background and black door.

With the interiors is “tailored” to match the apartment, followed by the completion of PVC coating for floor, LED system, insulated wall system, induced electricity system and a black metal wall with function as a drawing board in the children's room. Lars knew the design and drawing talent of Peter from his previous project in Sotogrande “Nearly eight years ago, Peter has designed an unique painting on the wall of the apartment in Sotogrande, until now, this picture is still new. At that time, Peter asked a very high price for this picture. At that time, If I wanted to save a half of the money and handed to someone to draw, so now, I’m sure it must be re-painted about 2-3 times, so it turns out more expensive in long time. This proves that “you get what you pay”.
