How do you care for your skin: I cleanse my face each morning with Restylane Facial Cleanser, followed by Restylane Day Cream SPF 15.1 cleanse at night, followed by Restylane Night Cream. If I am going to be outdoors, or spending extended amounts of time in the sun, I use a stronger sun lotion and apply repeatedly throughout the day.

Have you always looked after your skin? I used to buy shop-bought brands, but now that I know the benefits, I stick to cosmeceuticals.

What special core do you give your skin? Nothing other than my daily regime. I have never had a salon facial or done a home facial.

Why have you chosen not to go the aesthetic route? I have been exposed to the world of aesthetics since 1989, when my husband Cliff started his medical aesthetic supply company. I have always had access to the newest and best aesthetic procedures. However I have never chosen to try any.

Would you try aesthetic procedures in the future? I certainly would try procedures in the future as and when I feel it necessary. However, I will only ever consider safe, effective and clinically proven procedures and would only ever have something done that is true to who I am, so that I continue looking as natural as possible.

What do you think about women who have these treatments? I feel it’s a good way to keep your skin looking and feeling good.

How far would you go when it comes to defying your age? If I felt my skin was looking old, I would go for needles and laser treatment. A lot of the procedures these days are geared towards to preventing aging not just "curing" it. I do not think I will ever consider surgery.

How do you care for your skin: I have been using only RegimA products for the past seven years. I use the Hydroactive Cleansing Gel day and night, as well as the Stem Cell Activator, Basal Cell Feed and Alpha Lipoic Cream. In addition, I use the Daily Survival for daywear and the Night Booster at night.

Have you always looked after your skin? I have always stayed out of the sun and used good skincare products which suit my skin-type. This is something I have been doing for a long time.

What special care do you give your skin? I do a monthly RegimA Peel and Heal treatment, as well as home face masks once a week.

Why have you chosen not to go the aesthetic route? I am happy with the way I look and don't think it is necessary for me to go to those extremes.

Would you try aesthetic procedures in the future? I don't think I would have any aesthetic treatments done; my skin looks great for my age.

What do you think about women who have these treatments? It's a personal decision and it's not my position to say if it's right or wrong.

How far would you go when it comes to defying your age? I will continue to do my monthly peels. I have never really considered, or would be interested in, doing any type of IPL or laser as I feel the peels give me the results I need. If I ever had to do a procedure, I would maybe consider doing a neck lift.

What’s your secret? I try not to stress too much, it is very aging. I also like to be positive and don't let myself get depressed. Meditation is a great way to help me de-stress and focus on what's important.

Moira De Charmoy, Age 60

How do you care for your skin: My mother had me on a skincare regime from the age of 15, and I still follow this today, although over the years the products have changed as my needs change. Every morning I start with NuSkin Moisture Mist, followed by the Sensai Premier toner, eye-cream, a lip treatment, face and throat cream. In the evenings I use Estee Lauder eye make-up remover, then Sensai cleanser, toner, night repair for eyes, lips, face and throat. I use Clarins Super Restorative Cream on my neck and upper chest. Wow! I had no idea I used or did so much, it's just all part of my daily routine.

“My hair is also very important, as I feel this frames your face. I make sure my hair is part of my whole beauty regime, as are my hands and feet”

Have you always looked after your skin? I've always used good products, and made sure I use what my skin needs. My hair is also very important, as I feel this frames one's face. I make sure my hair is part of my whole beauty regime, as are my hands and feet. I eat a lot of fruit and fresh vegetables, I don't drink milk or have sugar in my diet, and the biggest no-no for me is the sun.

What special care do you give your skin? I do eye and face masks twice a month. I used to have a facial every six weeks, but this became too costly, so now I am happy to do these at home.

Why have you chosen not to go the aesthetic route? Maybe I'm not vain enough. I feel that at 60 my skin is good.

Would you try aesthetic procedures in the future? I have no real desire to make changes, you are what you are, and I'm happy with the way I look for 60.

What do you think about women who have these treatments? I have girlfriends that have done whatever they feel they need; I personally just don't feel the desire to try anything at this stage.

How far would you go when it comes to defying your age? I wouldn't do anything ... not just yet anyway, I'm happy with how I look at 60.

What’s your secret? Lots of good wine and spending quality time with my friends and family. My family keeps me young.
