To wake up early in the morning
without feeling too tired, you need to go to bed at reasonable time and get
enough sleep. The more comfortable the sleep environment, the deeper your sleep
will be. And the better sleep, the more awake you’ll be when the alarm bell
rings in next day morning. However, this routine doesn’t happen in one night.
Setting you into a schedule bedtime in about one week may help.

Instructions
1.
Go to bed without an alarm clock the first two nights, always at the
same time. For the first time after waking up, all you have to do is enjoy a new
day. The second day, you’ll know how much sleep your body need each night. Use
this time (whether it’s less or more than 6 hours) to determine your bedtime
and wakeup time.

2.
Set the alarm time for bedtime and wakeup time. Don’t use the snooze
button as it will make your body feel that there’s no need to wake up when the
alarm rings. This will make you tired in the morning.

3.
Keep doing step 2 and after one week, you will no longer feel tired in
the morning. You can also wake up at the set alarm time without an alarm clock.
Once your body has scheduled, you can easily stay on the routine, but this only
happens if you keep going to bed at the same time at every night.
