Most women worry about gaining weight, and it’s hard for them
to stop worrying about this issue in pregnancy. You know that you will gain
weight during pregnancy, but even when all your weight will be on the perfect
belly, there’re may be moments when you look at yourself in the mirror and feel
that you’re fat. However, there’re ways to make you look fine and feel better
about your body during pregnancy.
Maintain the healthiness
As you’re supposed to be gaining weight, it may be easy for
you to yield to the food cravings. However, doing so is not good for the baby.
It’s also not beneficial to you. By eating healthily and keeping on doing
exercise, you will look stronger and feel better about your body. If you know
that you have a good shape though you’re pregnant, you will look better in your
own eyes and in other’s.
Show your belly
It’s possible that you used to hide your belly fat by
wearing clothes that are slightly looser in the belly. However, you should
remember that this is no longer belly fat – it’s a pregnant belly.
Wearing
clothes that are tight on the belly will make you look slimmer, as it will make
your pregnant shape more obvious. Wear maternal clothes having the waist that
fits your belly perfectly. Choose unified colors or vertical stripes, which
make you look thinner than wearing clothes with patterns or horizontal stripes.
If your breasts become much bigger, try wearing clothes with V-shape collar;
they will show your breast a little bit while making your shoulder and chest.
If your arms have become flabby regardless of your shape-keeping effort, try
wearing shirts with sleeves that help to hide the flab in the upper arm. Flared,
elbow-length sleeves has the effect on thinning your arms, and flared trousers
helps to balance your shape so that your belly doesn’t look too big.

Highlight your facial features
Balance the attention your belly gets by emphasizing other
features. Wear big, shinning jewelry or have on a scarf to draw attention to
your face.
Try wearing a shiny, interesting pair of shoe (don’t wear high
heels; they can be dangerous from the beginning of pregnancy, as your balance
is not good and the joints get looser). Treat yourself by buying some shiny
jewelry that matches your favorite maternal clothes perfectly.
