To the low cases, fomentation and breast pumps can improve the situation.

The followings are some folk remedies that can treat the sickness.

Put hot jackfruit leaves on the hardest part of
the breast (each leaf on 1 nipple). After that, rub and press the breasts up
and down. When milk flows out, do the breastfeeding immediately. Do the method
daily to get rid of loss of milk supply.

Slice shallots then put it on the breasts but
the nipples, and cover it with tissues. Do it twice a day plus breast massage.

Crush yeast tablets and blend the powder with
alcohol. After that, put the mixture on the breasts and cover the breasts with
cloths. A few hours later, foment the breasts with warm rice and do the massage
successively. You have to be keen on doing it for about 2 days to receive the
result.
Yeast tablets can remove milk blockage.

Cleanse cabbage leaves then let them dry. You
can remove the soft parts of the leaves and leave the hard and curviform ones.
Warm those hard ones till it’s hot (the hotter, the better) then put them on
the breast, above cloths. Later, press and twist the breast. If the cabbage
leaves are cool, use other ones and repeat the process.

Lettuce and Mint Aralia leaves: With a little of
each kind of vegetables, cleanse the vegetables and crush them together. After
that, supply the mixture on the breasts and bandage the breasts.

Perilla and the top and leaves of water coconut:
use a bit each, cleanse and crush it, apply the mixture and bandaging.
·
The leaves of dandelion and beetroot: Crush a
little of both kinds of leaves then blend it with a little alcohol and bandage
the breasts.
Ming
Aralia helps get rid of loss of milk supply.
There’re 2 foods that are good for women who
have lost milk supply issue:

Pumpkin and lean meat porridge: You need 100g rice, 150g pumpkin, 100 lean meat, spice and herbs.
Peel the pumpkin and cut it to small pieces, wash the rice and hash the meet.
Cook pumpkin and rice until it turns porridge then put the meat in. After the
mixture is well cooked, spice it and add herbs. It’s better to be eaten hot.

Trotter and Ming Aralia porridge: you need 100g rice, 1 trotter, 25g dried Ming Aralia and spices. Cleanse
the trotter. Put the dried Ming Aralia in hot water for 15 minutes then strain
off it. Cook the liquid that was strained off, with the trotter and rice till
it turns porridge, add the spices.
How to prevent loss of mother’s milk supply
Nipples are easily infected with bacteria
which cause loss of milk supply. Therefore, the most important thing is that
you always have to keep your breasts clean, especially the top of the breasts
and the cleft on them. Use a clean towel and warm water to wash the breast.
Before breastfeeding, cleanse the nipples and squeeze the breasts for some
drops. After then, if babies don’t drink all of the milk, squeeze for the
excessive milk to prevent clumping which causes milk blockage in the milk
glands.
You can try applying some methods above when
you have loss of milk supply. But if the situation doesn’t get better after
doing that, you should see a doctor to receive right treatments and avoid
making it worse and having dangerous breasts abscess.
