Many mothers aren’t acquainted with drinking milk because of some reasons. Consequently, you should refer to the following tips to be acquainted with drinking milk:

-       Drink a little until your body is acquainted with it.

-       Mothers should divide into many times a day instead of drinking a glass a time.

-       When you make, you can make milk weak, drink a little and increase the amount of milk.

-       Many mothers don’t pay attention to dose when they make, so after drinking, they have diarrhea. Therefore, you should follow the direction, not too weak, not too solid. You shouldn’t make milk with too hot or too cool water.

Time of drinking milk

Normally, on product packing, people often write 2 glasses a day, 4 spoons with 50g milk a day. You can drink milk at different time like drinking daily water. But you must pay attention not to drink milk before going to bed in the evening and before meals to avoid the tired feeling in eating.

Some women don’t absorb milk and they have difficulty in digesting, have diarrhea… because their body lack the quantity of lactase glaze to digest the quantity of sugar in milk. In this situation, you can drink soya milk instead of it. Soya milk is the best choice for pregnant women. However, when you drink soya milk, you should provide more foods such as: meat, fish, green vegetables, fruits…to ensure the nutritious balance.
