Fruit juice always has more potential risk for kid’s health than benefits.
Fruit juice is a general name of all liquid
that is made by juicing one of the fruits. It can be drunk with pure form or
add water, sugar, ice, or other juices in order to create great refreshment and
is often considered to be very nutritious.
Many mothers consider fruit juices are
indispensible ingredients in children’s diet every day, even they are main dish
for snacks of kids. If you have the same thought, be careful, you will deflect

meal, kids will lose their appetite leading to anorexia after long time.
For kids under 6 months old, fruit juice is

At that age, the only source providing water for babies is breast milk because
to meet sufficiently demand’s energy, kids have to drink up to 120-150 ml milk
per kilogram of weight; that means total water provided from milk is excessive
daily needs of water.

part of milk, means to decrease source of energy and important nutrients for

For kids over 6 months old, fruit juice can
be sometimes used in extra meal to change flavor but not frequent.
Mothers should train babies to eat whole
fruits in order to use all nutrients in them, as well as create the best and
most appropriate nutritious habits.
