Hence, we must always follow a healthy diet to be provided with necessary nutrients and improve mental health.

One special thing is that you shouldn’t skip breakfast because breakfast is an important meal providing energy to the body. In a day, you’d better have many small meals that have enough nutrients than 1 or 2 spreads.
