7.     Fish oil

10.  Dry-skin care

During pregnancy, you should choose dresses that will make you feel comfortable, have soft material and are suitable to your skin. Silk and cotton are prefect for pregnant woman in summer.

20.  Optimism

Though you take care of yourself a lot, a somber spirit won’t make it work. A relaxing state of mind and an enthusiastic mood will be a natural beauty remedy that can’t be bought. Moreover, an optimistic lifestyle, always smiling will help you and your children be healthy.
