11. Abdomen-skin
care
Apply the moisturizer or stretch mark cream
on the abdominal skin. Rub slightly to have the endosmosis and reduce the itch.

vitamins to the body
Vitamin A, B3 and C are all necessary for
skin regeneration. Using foods that have plenty of those vitamins will help you
