1.        Do not provide calcium for people who have kidney stones

To prevent the development of diabetes, you should control the amount of carbohydrate foods logically.

Diabetics should eat plenty of fiber-rich foods, such as oatmeal, fresh vegetables, which can slow digestion and absorption of carbohydrate, so the amount of sugar in the blood will not increase too fast and can be maintained at a stable level.

3.        Drinking milk causes cataract for old people
