Being pregnant and having labors don’t
simply mean that you will have beautiful babies after 9 or 10 months. During
pregnancy, there’re many things to be afraid of.
1.
Getting fat
Many pregnant women can gain 20-25kg. For
that reason, women are afraid of losing shape. And then, after birth, it takes
lots of time for women to go on a diet, do exercise and eat foods that help
reduce weight… but they hardly get back on the old shape.
Many
pregnant women can gain 20-25kg.
However, women can have themselves relaxed
as the weight will decrease 6-7kg after giving birth. After that, they just
need a little bit patience to do sensible diets and regular exercises and the
desire of getting back on shape will be much easier than their expectation.
They are still able to have good and attractive shape after labor.
2.
Body degradation
In pregnancy, women have to face many
problems, not just gaining weight, such as saggy breast, fatty belly, wrinkling,
dry skin, dark skin area or cracking.
So, how can we prevent the body from
degradation during pregnancy? Don’t be so worried about it, you can control the
weight of the body by following diets that are good for both mother and fetus,
and don’t cause weight gaining. Moreover, take care of the skin usually and you
will be a pretty pregnant woman, above all, have good shape after pregnancy.
3.
Children’s future
“What will the world be like in my
children’s time?”, “will my children have job?”, “what would happen if they are
addicted to drug?” are all the questions that explain every pregnant woman’s
worries.
It’d
be a surprise if mothers don’t worry about the future of their children because
they do.
This is completely natural. It’d be a
surprise if mothers don’t worry about the future of their children. However,
you shouldn’t be so worried because whether how the future may come, it’s blessed
to be born and to live a life. We should try our best to prepare necessary
knowledge for our children so that they can confidently discover the world no
matter what happens.
4.
Losing freedom or changing lifestyle
Everything will change when you have a
baby. Nearly all mothers lose their freedom when having babies, but it isn’t a
big deal as you will be willing to sacrifice your freedom for your children.
Above all things, your child will be a connection linking you and your husband
in order to become a real family. You will live more responsibly and sacrifice
more to create good condition for your children’s stuffiness and maturity.
Having babies doesn’t mean that you will
have to change your life completely. You may change a few habits or lifestyle
but the changing process will go slowly and be suit with the children. You can
keep on working, traveling, hanging out and being busy with caring the children
which will the joy of your life.
5.
Not having good relationship with children
Many
women are afraid that they won’t have good relationship with their future
children.
Many people who don’t have happy childhood;
they are abandoned or orphaned, will be very afraid that their children will
have the same situation of them. Of course, it’s is a nonsense fear. If you love
and give your best to your children, the relationship between you and your
children will be good and you can have your childhood wound healed also. Be
brave and build a family. Don’t let reasonless fear take away your happiness.
6.
Losing the spouse
You are afraid of being no longer the only
one in your husband’s heart when you’re pregnant as you’re not as pretty as
before. Nonetheless, husbands will love their wives more in pregnancy since
their wives give them their children. The conjugal relationship will be better
when having children.
7.
Having apathy
It’s personal and in many women’s concerns
before getting pregnant. The tiredness, body changing during pregnancy can make
women lose sexual needs and after pregnancy, apathy. However, you shouldn’t be
worried. What you need is a little patience and time to set things back to
normal. And when you’re pregnant, you can try new ways that suit to your health
and physical status.
8.
Transmitting diseases to children
Don’t
take away the right of being a father of your husband for your invisible fear.
Many women have fears of getting pregnant
because they are afraid that they will transmit diseases to their children.
That doesn’t need being worried about since you can ask for doctor’s or
specialist’s advice.
