The following simple tips will help pregnant mothers get over
the morning sicknesses.
Morning sickness is a normal physiological phenomenon during
pregnancy, not a type of disease. Therefore, it does not need any special
treatments. However, morning sickness makes pregnant women tired. Some of them
are unlikely to eat anything, do anything; they want this terrible stage to
fleet.
Useful remedies
help the pregnant women get over morning sicknesses.
1.
Sugarcane juice + fresh gingers
Formula:
- 100ml
of sugar cane juice, 10g of fresh gingers.
- Wash
and pound gingers, pour a few drops into a glass of sugarcane juice, stir
thoroughly, warm and drink it.
It is used to treat pregnant women’s cases of vomiting,
bitter mouths, thirst or gagging.

Crucian carps + cardamoms + fresh gingers
Formula:
- A
crucian carp, 3g of cardamoms, fresh gingers, onions and just enough spices
- Scale
the crucian carp, remove the intestines and gills and wash it; put cardamoms
into the fish’s belly, heat, put enough spices, eat when it’s hot.
It is used for women vomiting, having mental fatigue, tired
limbs with the symptom of oedema in two legs.

Rhizoma dioscoreae + lean pork meat + fresh gingers
Formula:
- 100g
of rhizoma dioscoreae, 5g of fresh gingers, lean pork 50g of lean pork meat.
- Rhizoma
dioscoreae and the pieces of pork, pounded ginger, all are stewed with the
spices, eat when it’s hot.
It is used for pregnant women vomiting, loss of appetite,
body fatigue, loose stools.
4.
Citrus media L. var svcodactylus SW + fresh gingers + sugar
Formula:
- 10g
of Citrus media L. var svcodactylus SW, 2 slices of fresh ginger, sugar with an
enough quantity.
- All
are put in the boiling water in a closed vessel; it can be used after 20
minutes; it is drunk to substitute for tea during the day.
It is used for the pregnant women vomiting, full of nasty
abdomen and chest, spirit tension, irritability.
5.
Raisins + hemp roots
Formula:
- 30
g of raisins, 10 g of hemp roots
- Boil
it, and then drink it twice a day. Pregnant women should drink it in three
successive days to be effective!

with hemp roots is to help the pregnant mother reduce the morning sickness
effectively.
6.
Ginger tea + tangerine peel
Formula:
- 2
pieces of tangerine peel, 3 slices of ginger.

Wash the fresh tangerine peel; use the razor to scrape the inner
membrane; cut it into small pieces; wash gingers and slice them into small
fibers.
- Overheat
ginger fibers with two cups of water. After water boils, simmer for 5 minutes
and then put the tangerine peel on for 20 minutes.
Pregnant women use this water to drink as tea and drink
while it is still hot.
Note: Gingers and ginger productions are effective for
pregnant women. However, gingers have the hot nature, so mothers should use it
less to avoid constipation.
7.
Tamarinds
Formula:
- 30
g of tamarinds, 300ml of water, 10g of white sugar
- Scrape
the tamarind peel; put them into the cooking pot with water; and boil carefully
to 200 ml, get the water back without dregs; put white sugar into the water and
stir thoroughly; divide doses during three days. Drink it a successive couple
of days.
Use: prevent gagging in the early pregnancy.
8.
Fresh lemons
Sipping a glass of boiled and filtered water with a few
slices of fresh lemon in it is also a way of effective anti-nausea. Even when
pregnant women have nausea, they should smell fresh lemon. The fresh lemon
slices will also make pregnant mothers feel pleasant in the pregnancy period.
Or, mothers can apply the morning sickness remedies from
lemons as follows:
Take 500g of fresh lemons, peel, throw the seeds away, cut
them into pieces, mix with sugar or honey, marinate in a day, then simmer until
dry, cool, add little white sugar, pour all into a glass jar for the regular
use. When having the feeling of nausea, it is very useful to eat 1 or 2
spoonfuls.
9.
Grapefruits
Formula:
- 15g
of grapefruit peel, 300ml of water.

Wash grapefruit peel; put into the pot, add water to boil well, decant
150ml dedicative water; divide into three doses a day; drink it after 20
minute- mealtime; need to drink about 3-5 days to get the effective result.

10.
Apple cider vinegar + honey
Formula:
- Use
1 spoonful of cider vinegar, 1 spoonful of honey
- Mix
cider vinegar and honey in cold water to drink before going to bed.

Lemon juice + mint juice + sugar
Formula:

spoonful of lemon juice, 1 spoonful of mint juice, 1 spoonful of sugar
- Mix
them together, drink 3 times a day. This is a simple and effective way to treat
morning sickness.

Fenugreek leaves + lemon juice + honey
Formula:

fenugreek leaves, 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice, 1 spoonful of honey
- Press
fenugreek leaves to get water; then add lemon juice and honey and stir
thoroughly; drink 3 - 4 times a day.
13.
Ginger juice + lemon juice + mint juice + honey
Formula:
- 1/2
spoonful of ginger, 1 spoonful of lemon juice, 1 spoonful of mint juice, 1
spoonful of honey
- Mix
these things together; drink 3-4 times a day.
14.
Grapefruit seeds
Formula:
- 15g
of grapefruit seeds
- Cook
grapefruit seeds and drink twice a day.

Fresh gingers + salted dry apricots
Formula:
- 30g
of fresh gingers, 10g of salted dry apricots
- Cook
fresh gingers and salted dry apricots together to get water; use this water to
apply the tongue several times a day.
16.
Perilla leaves + tangerine peels + fresh gingers
Formula:
- 20g
of perilla leaves, 6g of tangerine peels, 3 slices of fresh ginger
- Cook
them together; divide into 2-3 doses a day to drink
Perilla leaves is
also a great remedy for the morning sicknesses treatment.
17.
Flat paddy plants + fresh gingers
Formula:
- 30g
of flat paddy plants, 10g of fresh gingers
- Cook
them with water, and then drink
18.
Beet leaves
Formula:
- 200g
of beet leaves, 50 of sugar, 100 ml of water
- Pound
the beet leaves to get water, add sugar and boiled water; drink twice a day to
cure the morning sickness, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite.
19.
Garlics + honey
Formula:
- Take
1 - 2 garlics; peel away the outer player; fry; grind; add to boiling water,
mix with honey to drink twice a day.
20.
Eggs + vinegar
Formula:
- 1
egg, 30g of sugar, 60ml of vinegar
- Boil
the vinegar, add sugar and stir, break the egg up and put it into the spot;
cook until the egg well done; eat all of these once; eat twice a day.
This remedy treats nausea, vomiting the kind of yellow,
bitter and sour water; gnawing in the stomach, breast pain, and yellow tongue
plaque.
