Dieting can
be tough, even extreme at times, and these 5 celebrities all say they don’t do
it, opting instead to just have a healthy lifestyle. Eating clean food as often
as possible, these celebrities believe the trick to health is simple –
everything in moderation. They like to indulge in a sweet treat or some fast
food every now and then, but most of the time they eat organic or natural foods
and think the key to looking great is eating well and staying fit without any
of the pressure a diet brings.
1. Cheryl Cole
Cheryl
simply watches what she eats carefully but doesn't diet: "I don't diet but
I do watch what I eat and I exercise. I wouldn't choose to eat anything heavy
such as rice or pasta a few days before I walk a red carpet. Everything in
moderation."
2. Demi Lovato
Demi eats
for health and doesn't diet: ''It is just about eating healthy. I think that
the word diet is so uncomfortable for me. It should be uncomfortable for a lot
of people because they're such a stigma that comes with it related to trying to
be a certain way and I think that just eating healthy and eating foods only
foods that nourish your body is kind of what I am starting to do.''
3. Jennifer Aniston
Jennifer
stays hydrated and eats well: "I can never stress enough to my friends
that they must do as I do ... hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink lots of water,
get enough sleep, exercise, and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever
possible."
4. Jodie Kidd
Jodie thinks
dieting can often be too extreme: "Fitness and dieting should never be
extreme. It should be gradual and balanced. You need to test your body and find
what works for you. You need to push yourself and sometimes it does hurt, but
it shouldn't be extreme."
5. Miranda Kerr
Miranda has
a special blood type diet and eats natural, organic produce: “I am a blood type
A and more often than not I eat specifically for my blood type. I also eat low
GI, high alkaline foods, drink filtered water and eat mostly fresh produce and
very little meat. I believe it is important to supplement our food to ensure
our bodies have the nutrition required to remain healthy. This is even more
important if you do not eat certified organic foods and certified organic fresh
produce.”
