pregnant women in the 2nd quarter revealed. And it is advisable that
you take the exercise early better than late during your pregnancy.

Researchers assigned a group of women to
modest exercises every week under supervision, concurrently they were consulted
about weight gaining and home practice. Other people received standard before-delivery
care. 47% of women who took the exercises gained more than advised weight
during pregnancy, but anyway it was better than women who didn’t take any
exercises. 57% of them gained too much weight. Averagely, overweight women
taking exercises gained 22 pounds, meanwhile women who didn’t take exercises
gained 36 pound. It is the same to blood pressure levels of 2 groups, and heart
rates of newborn babies, and it proves exercises are safe.

Being overweight before pregnancy or
gaining weight too much increases the possibilities of complication when
delivering or when the baby is so big and you need a Cesarian method. Because
keeping the scheme is very hard in the 3rd quarter, and because
exercise taking only is not enough to reduce possibility if being overweight,
experts recommend to improve diet and start to practice exercise soon in the 1st
quarter.
