Do not eat fruits immediately

About 20-30 minutes before a meal, you can
eat fruits or drink 1 or 2 glasses of fruit juice to prevent obesity because of

Do not have a bath immediately
Having a bath after eating will affect your

reduce with a low rate. Hence, you shouldn’t have a bath instantly after eating.
When you are hungry, you shouldn’t have a bath. The reason is that it can make
