USA warn that dinking too much ice tea can cause kidney stones because of high
content of oxalate (salt and ester of oxalic acid).

Kidney stones are small crystals of salt
and minerals which accumulate in kidneys and narrow down the ureter from
kidneys to bladder. Normally, if the stones have small size, they do not cause
serious damages to us, but when they develop and have bigger size, they are
stuck in kidneys; kidney stones can lead to uncomfortable feeling, hurt, and
even have to deal with by operation.

According to experts, rate of kidney stones
and developing ability is 4 times in men as high and quick as in women. Women
who have high risk of kidney stones are over 40 years old, low estrogen,
