In some cases such as before and
after bowel surgery, heartburn, renal failure, patients have to keep off eating
vegetables because vegetables have a lot of fibers.
Practice stressfully and long
If you often practice with high intensity
in a long time, it doesn’t merely make you have muscle fatigue. According to
Alissa Rumsey nutritious expert of Weill Cornell medical center (America): “When
you begin to practice, body’s blood will move to organs that are operating and
it makes quantity of blood that circulates to stomach to digest foods reduce”.
According to it, if you have just eaten
before practicing, foods that aren’t digested will cause stomachache and
diarrhea.
To avoid these diseases, you shouldn’t eat
vegetables that are rich of fiber such as cauliflower in many hours before
practicing in a long time. Some foods that are easy to digest: bread and peanut
butter, banana or grain and milk.

Crohn disease
Crohn is an enteritis that is autoimmune.
Therefore, people who catch this disease should choose foods that are suitable
with stomach and bowel so that they can cure digestive system. In addition,
these patients should limit to eat fruits, vegetable and grain that have whole
seed during process of falling sick.” Of course, this thing also depends on
each of person. I have seen some patients didn’t keep off eating anything;
however, there weren’t any problems to them”. Rumsey also said that” In
general, the diet with less fiber is safer until condition becomes better”.
Flatulence and steam expansion
Some kinds of vegetables such as
cauliflower, Brussels cabbage, head cabbage asparagus can cause flatulence and
steam expansion because these vegetables contain a lot of fiber. Rumsey warned
that people who try to eat a lot of fiber can catch flatulence and they didn’t
use to have this habit.
Before or after surgery
After surgery that relates to digestive
system such as cutting a part of bowel, most of patients have to keep off
eating vegetables from 2-6 weeks to cure bowel.
Rumsey explained: ”We advise patients to
obey the diet with less fiber to reduce quantity of this substance going
through bowel and then we ask them to return old diet to find out reaction”.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
People who catch irritable bowel syndrome
(IBS) should carry out diet with less fiber so that they can limit flatulence,
stomachache, cramp and diarrhea. ”At present, disease’s reason isn’t
clarified particularly. Hence, avoiding foods that are rich in fiber will be a
good test to follow changes of disease’s symptoms”.
Renal failure
Patients who catch chronic kidney or renal
failure should avoid vegetables that are rich in potassium and phosphorus
because at this time, kidney cannot filter these substances out of blood. Sweet
potato, potato, asparagus, mushroom and Brussels cabbage are foods that
patients who catch renal failure should avoid.

Heartburn
People who have heartburn should avoid
acids of tomatoes and products that are made of tomatoes. According to Rumsey,
when stomach’s acids meet this food’s acids, symptom of heartburn and reflux of
stomach and gullet will become worse.
