Passionate about healthy eating, these stars were all surprised by how much better they felt after trying out the vegetable based diet, noticing an increasing in energy and other benefits. Believing they’ve made the right choice for them, these celebs have all gushed about their new vegan diets and how much better they feel as a result.

Ellie feels great now that she's gone from vegetarian to vegan and is glad she made the switch: "I went vegan a few months ago. I feel leaner and healthier, but I miss cheese. A cheese plate with fruit is my weakness!"

Jennifer feels alert from the moment she wakes up thanks to her vegan diet: ''Being vegan, it's basically no diary, no meat, everything is plant based and from the ground. Butter is the one thing I miss! You do feel better. I do recommend the vegan diet because you wake up and feel great!''
