face chloasma.

change of hormone in pregnancy can make women’s skin become worse.
Why do pregnant women have chloasma?
During pregnancy, women’s body have many
changes and transformations in internal organs such as skin, digestive system,
veins, nerves; and hormonal changes often cause lots of annoyance for pregnant
women, because they leave long-term consequences on their skin. In majority,
pregnant women usually have staining skin, large pores, greasy T-zone, blackish
lips, and appear chloasma on cheeks.

Despite knowing that chloasma will
disappear during pregnancy, pregnant women always desire to be more beautiful
and attractive, so they do not want to see chloasma darker and spreader more
and more. How to limit this phenomenon?
- First of all, pregnant women should
minimize to contact with sunlight directly, especially from 10 am to 3 pm,
because at that time, UV intensity is very high that is easy to damage
your skin. If have to go outside, you should you sunscreen (25SPF), wear
long-sleeved shirt, wide-brimmed hat in order to protect the skin and
prevent from chloasma more.
- Clean skin frequently by washing the face
to limit sebum and dead cells making chloasma.
- Eating more vegetables, fruits, and
drinking lots of water are also good method for preventing chloasma and
reducing wrinkles.
- Intensify foods containing much calcium,
vitamin A, C and E such as milk, carrot, orange, lemon, papaya, beans, and
soybeans in order to care and beauty your skin, protect from chloasma.
Avoid foods that are harmful to skin such as wine, beer, tobacco, spicy
and hot foods.
Diet
with sufficient nutrients helps to limit chloasma for pregnant women.
- Maintain joyful and scheduling
lifestyle, limit stress in live and work.
- Practice some light exercises to have
health in pregnancy and make the skin more strong and ruddy.
- Especially, making safe masks from
vegetables and fruits is also useful choice that contributes to restrain
chloasma and have skin smoother. Pay attention to select the masks that have
no allergy to your skin. According to opinion of cutaneous experts, you
should use masks made from potato, tomato, cucumber, and yolk.

cream for curing but consult doctor’s instruction.
