So, how to limit miscarriage? First, you should ask doctors for more information, supply vitamin B (folic acid) every day in associated with a healthy lifestyle. Here are some useful tips that may help you reduce the risk of recurrent pregnancy loss:

§  Apply balanced and nutrition diet.

§  Get rid of the habit of smoking cigarettes.

§  Stop drinking alcohol immediately.

§  Do exercise regularly but don’t push yourself too much. Walking is the best.

§  Maintain a reasonable weight.

§  Reduce the amount of caffeine intake.

§  Stay away from the noxious chemicals including those which are related to your job.

§  Before using any kinds of medication, you should have the permission of the doctor.

Note: After miscarriage, you shouldn’t get pregnant for 3-6 months to make your body recover and you also need time to find out the causes and the best way to strengthen your body.
