These drinks include coffee, coke, tea, and chocolate which are preferred by many people. Someone due to their hobbies does not limit these drinks but uses them too frequently. However, to prepare good health for pregnancy, you should put these drinks out of your menu.

Eat too much hot foods

Spices such as red peppers and peppers are preferred and not lack in each meal. However, they all have high stimulation. Therefore, if you eat too many these spices, you can suffer from constipation. Women who have plan for pregnancy or be with pregnant should limit them to avoid resistance of digestion.

Eat foods which are too sweet, too salty, or too fat

During metabolism, the body will consume a large number of calcium. If you eat too sweet foods that will lead to lack of calcium before and during pregnancy, even make your weight high increase abnormally.

Moreover, salty foods will cause edema during pregnancy, so the food should taste enough salt so as to avoid this problem.

Similarly, absorbing too much fat makes level of fat in blood increase, it is not good for the body, as well as enhance weight quickly.
