Eating foods that have plenty of animal
protein and applying Mediterranean regimen with unsaturated simple fat
including green fruits, olive oil, peanut, almond and cashew nut… will

your meals have to have those nutrients:
Carbohydrate
Carbohydrate is accounted for 60% of the
total energy that is provided by a meal which includes rice, pasta, soy noodle
and Pho… Besides, you can eat cereal and oats… in addition to provide yourself
energy and vitamin B, E. Those 2 vitamins are very important as they help
produce cells, eggs, and balance hormones.

easily, women should eat a variety of foods.
Animal
protein
It’s 15-20% of the total energy of a meal. You
should eat nutritious foods like beef, chicken, pork, tofu, fishes and eggs…
They’ll help you improve the blood flow, the quality and speed of sperm in men.
Fat
It’s not over 25% of the total energy that
is provided by a meal. A half of that 25% has animal origin, such as meat,
fish. The other half has plant origin, such as soy oil, sesame and olive… those
fats will help men improve the level of blood, quality and speed of sperms.
Zinc
It is one of elements of krill like oyster
or bean, pumpkin also contains lots of zinc, which supports egg development and
better sperms. Foods that are rich in zinc are really good for the libido of
married couples. You can have yourself provided zinc 2-3 times a week.

Vegetables
Choose ones that have dark green color like
sweet leaves, bok choy, watercress… those vegetables have plenty of folic acid
and vitamins that will make the sperm healthy and better sexual activities.
Eating

Fruits
You should eat about 200g fruits a day.
There’re many fruits you can have except for the ones that are too sour, such
as lemon, young mango, hog plum… That’s because the acid in them can change the
environment inside the body and affect sperm transportation.
Milk
Use milk to provide the necessary
micronutrients. That will be very good for people who are busy with job and
don’t have time to prepare full meals. Moreover, women should eat more foods
that contain iron like liver and drink lots of water.
Whether you’re fat or thin, you can hardly get pregnant
Before pregnant, women must have moderate
weight. People who are obese or have malnutrition find it more difficult to get
pregnant than others. Thin women have the lower level of sexual hormone,
estrogen than others, so they may find it more difficult to get pregnant. To
the obese ones, they will have ovarian dysfunction, which can lead them to
infertility.
The BMI index equals one’s weight divided
by their height squared. If it’s over 25, the person is obese. Therefore, women
should adjust their weight if they want to have children soon.
