Processing
Wash and peel apple, pear, and cassava,
then cut them into pieces. Put all of them into 1.5 liters of water. Stew in 30
minutes until condensing about 0.5 liters to make broth. Season spices, sugar
in broth.
Soak seaweed in fresh water one night and
wash again before using. To remove smell, you can wash them with a little salt.
Cut seaweed into 2-3 cm pieces. Cube young tofu. Put them in individual bowls.

Clean tomato and cut into segments. Remove
legs of mushrooms, soak in weak salt water, then wash, and cut half.
Put oil into hot pan, stir-fry tomato and

with stir-fried tomato and mushroom. Add boiled broth into bowl; top with
chopped celery. Therefore, you have just had a bowl of seaweed soup to enjoy.

To cook a delicious soup, you need to
choose good kind of seaweed. They are often green, have shine of oil. Stems of
seaweed are thick, long, big, dry, and less crushed. Pay attention that tops
and stems of seaweed are not white, yellow, and do not have moss. When cooking
this dish, you do not need much sugar or use MSG (monosodium glutamate) because
broth tastes naturally sweet.
