1. Eat slowly
The reason of flatulence is that you
swallow much air when eating. You should eat and drink slowly. Control your

listen to your mother’s advice about which foods you should or shouldn’t eat to
reduce flatulence and heartburn.
2. Don’t chew gum
Chewing gum is the way you swallow the air
the most that makes flatulence more terribly. Candy should also be avoided with
the same reason.
3. Restrict carbonated drinks
You shouldn’t drink the carbonated
beverages because they will make these diseases become worse and worse.
Pregnant
women who have flatulence should limit to eat many foods.
4. Limit foods containing Sorbitol
Some foods contain Sorbitol which replaces
sugar. The flatulence phenomenon will increase if Sorbitol combines with
intestinal bacterium.
5. Be flexible when choosing foods
There are a few foods making you
flatulence. These foods contain sugar or soluble fiber.
6. Some foods you should restrict to eat when having flatulence
Some vegetables and legumes (because they
consist of fructose) such as: artichokes, asparagus, beans, green peppers,
lentils beans, peas, onion, potatoes.
Some fruits contain fructose, sorbitol, and
soluble fiber as apricot, banana, orange, and plum.
Dairy products such as cheese, ice cream,
milk, and candy including milk should be limited when you are in flatulence.
Milk is also a food that makes you have got

- The drinks including fructose, sorbitol,
and carbonate such as beer, soda, fruit juice, grape wine.
So what kinds of foods a pregnant woman
should eat?
- Protein: lean beef, fish, turkey, and
chicken.
- Vegetables: kale, spinach,
green beans, lecture, tomatoes.
- Fruits: strawberries,
grapes.
- Bread.
- Rice.
