For a woman, period is very vital, and the sign to know about the ovary’s health. Whether it is infrequently long or short, much or little all means that your body is facing problem.

Menstrual cycle is irregular and short, especially in initial period of the cycle, means that problems occur to hormones due to stress or worry.

On the contrary, if the menstrual cycle is too long, from 7-10 days to fortnight, it will result in gynecological symptoms relating ovary, uterus or even polycystic ovary syndrome.

Light-yellow urine

Colorless urine means that there’s too much water inside your body; this dilutes salts and electrolytes. You must consult experts instantly.

Once the urine’s color is light-yellow, not dark-yellow; the amount of water in your body is fine and your kidney works well. As the kidney filters urine, any changes in urine’s color notify this organ’s status.

Although color and shape of the urination’s products are different, make sure that they don’t contain blood.
