Crunch up as you lower legs out to sides and reach hands between them palms

Jump
up {B} and land in starting position
The move Plyo Split Squat
Stand with the ball of your left foot on a
step or bench behind you. Squat low, placing hands on floor on either side of
right foot {A} . Jump up {B} and land in starting position. Do 10 reps then
switch legs to complete set

Travelling Push Press
Stand with feet hip-width apart and hold a
dumbbell in each hand in front of shoulders, elbows pointing down and palms
facing each other. Squat, take a step to the right {A} and then rise up as you
press weights overhead, turning palms to face forward {B}. Lower weights to
starting position as you squat again, this time stepping to the left, to
complete one rep. Do 4 reps.

C-Sweep Fly
Lie face up on a bench with knees bent and
feet on the floor and hold a dumbbell in each hand near ears {A}. Move weights
in a "C" motion out to sides {B} and toward legs, stopping when
they're over your belly and nearly touching {C}. Reverse the motion to return
to starting position. Do 12 reps.

Reverse-Grip Row
Stand with feet hip-width apart and knees
bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Bend forward from hips until torso is
parallel to the floor and extend arms straight down from shoulders, palms
facing away from you (A). Bend elbows, drawing weights toward your sides (B);
extend arms to starting position. Do 15 to 20 reps.
