1.    Reduce starch in in your portion, including rice, milk, potato… because these foods help intensify energy for the body.

2.    Prevent hungry feeling by drinking water more. Drinking water all day and before meals help you have full feeling and reduce eating.

3.    Don’t use snacks and fast foods (fried potato, glutinous rice doughnut, popcorn, carbonated beverages…). These are convenient choices for everyone; however, they are reasons that lead to gaining weight.

6.    You should eat slowly and last time of eating if you can. When you chew slower, digestion will be improved.
